Ralph, Glenn, Ray and the rest of the crew are friendly and knowledgeable, and as a result of their expertise, our grass and gardens look like the back 9 at Augusta. Glenn’s lawn care treatment is performed without unnecessary chemicals and applications – he is a student of both turf management and the environment, so he’s green in more ways than one. Ray and the landscaping team do their trimming and pruning by hand, so the trees and bushes always look perfectly manicured. By comparison, I always wonder why people make large investments in their landscaping and then let any wannabe landscaper with a truck and a power tool hack through their precious plants. Finally, Ralph (the owner) is a Zen master when it comes to landscape planning and design. Most recently, we had two large compressors installed for our new HVAC systems, and needed a creative way to make them look less obtrusive in our side yard. A late afternoon email to Ralph with an attached photo was immediately turned into a virtual rendering of a beautiful garden incorporating river rock, ornamental grasses, variegated boxwoods and a Dragon Lady holly. It looks as good in real life as it did on paper (correction, even better) and is indicative of the excellent design, responsiveness and customer service Truesdale delivers time and again.
