These beauties are planted once a year in the spring, and will bloom all thru the spring, summer and into the fall. The first frost is what usually kills them,and they do need to be pulled out and disposed of.

Secondly there are Perennials - Bulbs, Day Lillies, Hostas, Phlox, and Daisies are all perennials. These plants are planted either in the spring or fall and will continue to come back year after year with no need to replant them.
